8 Sweet Potatoes
2 tbsp. of butter
2 tbsp. of brown sugar
1/2 tsp. of cinnamon
1 c. tiny marshmallows

Preheat oven to 375 and bake sweet potatoes for an hour or
until very well cooked (a bit soft). Mix the butter, sugar and
cinnamon in a bowl. Slice each potato down the middle, and
using your fingers gently squeeze the bottom of the potato to
break up the inside of the potato. Place a spoonful of the
butter mixture in each one. Top each potato with
marshmallows and bake just until the marshmallows are
