1 Head of Cauliflower
1/2 C mayonnaise
1/4 C spicy mustard
1 C Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cut away the leaves and base from the cauliflower and let the heads & stems break away naturally.
Steam the cauliflower for 10-12 minutes
Mix Mayonnaise and mustard together.
Put the steamed cauliflower into a baking dish large enough to hold it all.
Spread the mayonnaise/mustard sauce over the cauliflower and them spread the cheddar cheese over the cauliflower.
Bake at 375 deg. for 10 - 15 minutes, or when cheese is beginning to brown.
