4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 c. fresh broccoli florets
Oil
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 t. curry powder (optional)
1 t. seasoned salt
½ c. miracle whip©
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Steam broccoli florets until they turn bright green and begin to soften, and drain very well. Brown chicken breasts in pan on med-hi heat until the outsides are nice and browned. Mix together remaining ingredients, except cheese. In a casserole dish, arrange broccoli and chicken. Sprinkle cheese evenly over the top. Pour the Miracle Whip mixture over the top and spread evenly. Bake until chicken is done.

You can also divide cheese in half, placing only 1 c. on top of the chicken and broccoli underneath the sauce, and reserve the remaining cup for the top the last part of baking.
