c. Mayonnaise
c. plain yogurt
1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/3 c. blue cheese dressing
2 eggs
t. salt
1 t. freshly ground black pepper
1 package of mushroom chicken flavored Ramen Noodles, broken up (uncooked)
Flavor pack from Ramen Noodles
6 c. of broccoli florets and stems (peeled), chopped and blanched in salted water
12 ounces of sliced mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, yogurt, cheddar cheese, blue cheese dressing, eggs, salt, pepper and flavor pack from noodles. In a separate bowl combine broccoli, mushrooms, and broken noodles and toss together wet mixture with the vegetables to evenly coat. Place in a greased 8X8 casserole dish. Cook for 45 minutes covered. Removed cover and bake for 15 minutes longer. Cool 15 minutes before serving.
