2 T. Butter
2 Large eggs
C. Flour
C. Milk
t. Salt
Lemon juice, powdered sugar, fruit, syrup, etc. for topping

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400 . Melt butter in pie plate, and brush butter up the sides of pie plate. Beat eggs slightly in medium bowl with whisk. Beat in remaining ingredients (except for the toppings of course). Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until puffy and deep golden brown. Serve immediately sprinkled with desired toppings.
