1/2 c. soft butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375F.
1. Mix butter, peanut butter, sugars and egg.
2. Blend all dry ingredients together, stir in peanut butter mixture. Chill.
3. Roll into balls the size of walnuts and place 3" apart on lightly greased baking sheet. Flatten with fork dipped in flour---crisscross. Bake at 375F for 10 to 12 minutes.
