1 chicken cooked and deboned- save liquid
1 cube margerine or butter
1 c chopped celery
1 c chopped onion
11/2- 2 c Minute Rice depending on thickness desired
1 can evaporated milk
2 chicken bouillon cubes
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot combine chicken liquid, celery, onion, bouillon salt, pepper and chicken deboned and cut into pieces. When vegetables are done add rice, butter, and milk. Turn off heat and cover until rice is done. Can also put chicken, celery, onion, salt, pepper, bouillon in crock pot to cook all day. Remove bones and skin from chicken, cut up chicken, return to crock pot. Add rice, milk and butter until rice is done
