1 lb. margarine
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
3 eggs
6 c. flour
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. red or green cherries (or some of each)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well. Roll dough into about 8" lengths and about the size of a cucumber in diameter. Freeze overnight (or several hours til very firm). Slice about 1/4 inch thick and bake at 350 for about 10 to 12 minutes.
