7 oz. can Whole Chili (preferably Ortega)
7 oz. jar Green Chili Salsa
1 lb. Jack Cheese, Grated
1 lb. Cheddar Cheese, Grated
4 Eggs, Beated
2/3 cup Milk
3 tbsp. Flour


Directions:
Directions:
In a 9x13 pan, place chili (open/flat), cover with grated cheese. Mix eggs and flour together, pour over cheese mixture. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees F. Remove from oven. Pour salsa over top. Return to oven and bake about 15 minutes. Let stand for a few minutes. Cut into squares
