1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. mustard (1/2 yellow, 1/2 Dijon)

Directions:

Cook carrots.
Sauce:
Melt butter, add sugar and dissolve.
Add mustards and mix well.
Serve hot over carrots.
