2 cups Flour
2 Eggs
1 tsp. Salt
2 cups Sugar
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 large can Crushed Pineapple with Juice
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts
1/2 cup Coconut
1 cup Buttermilk
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp. Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and pour into 9x13 non-stick pan. Mix together brown sugar, nuts and coconut. Sprinkle on top of cake. Bake at pre-heated oven, 350 degrees F. for 35 minutes.

Glaze: Mix together buttermilk, sugar and flour together in pan. Bring to boil. Pour over hot cake.
