5 c water
8 diced potatoes
1 chopped celery stalk
Parsley flakes
4 T flour
1 pint cream
5 chicken bouillon cubes
1 grated carrot
1 small yellow onion grated
4 T milk
2 cups grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In large soup pot heat water and bouillon. Add vegetables and cook until tender. Mix flour and milk then add to soup mix to thicken. add cream and grated cheese. Heat slowly, do not boil. Salt and pepper to taste
