11/2 bag spinach cleaned 1 head lettuce chopped 1 lb bacon cooked and crumbled 3 c swiss cheese, grated 3 c mushrooms. sliced Dressing 1/2 red onion chopped 1 c olive oil 3/4 c red wine vinegar 3/4 c sugar 3 T dry mustard 11/2 t salt 11/2 t pepper
Mix salad ingredients together. Then mix dressing Shake and pour over salad just before serving
