1 c oil-free Italian Dressing
2 T Dijon mustard
1/2 c dry white wine
3 whole skinless chicken breasts
1/2 pound fresh mushrooms
2 onions, quartered
2 tomatoes, halved

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dressing, mustard, and wine. arrange chicken in a bowl separate from the vegetables. Pour half the dressing over the chicken and the other half over the vegetables. Marinate each 2 hours in the refrigerator. alternate mushrooms, onions, and tomatoes on 6-inch skewers or toothpicks. When coals are ready, arrange chicken on barbecue; grill 20 minutes. Turn; grill 20 minutes longer. Turn; add vegetables. Grill 10 minutes, or until chicken is tender and vegetables are hot. Baste chicken and vegetables frequently with the marinade during cooking.
