1 lb ground turkey breast
1 lg onion, chopped
2 c bread crumbs
2 egg whites beaten
1/2 c skim milk
1 c carrots, finely chopped
1 c green pepper, finely chopped
1 can tomato sauce
2 cloves garlic
1 t garlic powder
2 t thyme
1 t sage
dash cayenne pepper

Directions:

Mix all, press in loaf pan
Bake @ 350 for 60 - 75 minutes.
