1 c orange juice
3 t cornstarch
cinnamon
3 T Honey
5 lg. apples
1 1/2 c nonfat granola

Directions:
Directions:
Peel, core & slice apples. Combine orange juice, honey and cornstarch. Place sliced apples in baking pan. Pour orange juice mixture over apples and toss until apples are covered. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Cover and bake @ 350 until apples are very tender. Sprinkle granola over apple mixture just before serving.
