2 c sour cream 1 tsp soda in cream 2 c sugar 2 eggs Anise flavoring to taste (1T) flour enough to handle ( 5-7 cups)
Mix sour cream and soda. Add sugar and eggs and anise flavoring. Add flour until mixed good. Add flour as needed to roll our. Take a quarter size piece and roll it to pencil thin. Make into a figure 8 by crossing it around. Bake at 350 until set but not brown.
