11/2 lbs ground beef browned
1 egg
1 pkg (8oz mozzarella cheese shredded
3 slices fresh bread, cubed
1/2 c milk
1 tsp parsley flakes
1/2 c onion chopped
dash of garlic salt
1 pkg manicotti noodles
1 quart spaghetti sauce (your choice)

Directions:
Cook noodles according to pkg. combine rest of the ingredients except sauce. Mix well. Fill cooked noodles. ( I find using a butter knife works best) Pour small amount of sauce in 9x13 baking dish. Arrange filled noodles on top of sauce. Add remaining sauce over top of noodles. Bake 350 25-30 min To serve top with additional heated sauce and grated cheese.
