"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

1 pound flank steak

Directions:
1. In a large plastic bag, combine the first six ingredients.
2. Cut a 1/8 inch deep diamond pattern into both sides of the steak and place the meat in the bag. Turn to coat the meat and refrigerate overnight.
3. Drain and discard the marinade.
4. Place the meat on a broiler pan. Broil 4 inches from the heat for 7 to 8 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness. Well done will take 10 minutes per side.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I usually do 4, 1 pound steaks as our family really likes this dish. Each steak should be prerared in its own bag so it can marinade. We serve with rice or can be used for steak fajitas.
