1 1/2 cups graham crackers crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 pkg. (8oz) cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. sugar
2 T. milk
1 container (8oz.) whipped topping, thawed
2 pkgs. (4servings each) instant pudding
1 1/2 cups cold milk

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix together crumbs, 1/4 c. sugar and melted butter. Press into bottom of 13 x 9" pan and put in freezer for 5 minutes.
2. Beat cream cheese with 1/4 c. sugar and milk until smooth. Fold in 1/2 the whipped topping. Spread over the crust.
3. Make the pudding using 3 1/2 cups milk and pour over cream cheese layer. Chill overnight or at least several hours.
4. Before serving, spread remaining whipped topping over the pudding.
