1 lb of lean hamburger meat
1 can of peel apart refrigerated biscuits I use the can of 10
6 slices of American cheese
cup ketchup
2 Tbsp mustard
Onions

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger meat adding onions after your meat has almost browned.
Drain meat well and place in large mixing bowl.
Add your ketchup and mustard to hamburger meat mixing well. Add more ketchup if needed.
Spread hamburger mixture into an 8x13 casserole dish.
Place cheese slices on top of hamburger mixture.
Take your biscuits and pat them out flat and place on top of cheese. You may have to pinch them together to cover the whole casserole.

Bake at 350 till the biscuits have browned.
