Flaxseed Cookies Recipe

- 1 1/3 cups - butter
- 1 1/4 cups - granulated sugar
-1 1/2 cups - brow sugar
- 2 1/3 cups - flax seed
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp - vanilla
- 3 1/2 cups - all purpose flour
- 3 cups - oatmeal
- 1 tbsp - baking soda

- mix all ingredents together
- form dough into 1 1/2 inch logs
- wrap in plastic wrap, chill

Preheat oven 350 F

- slice into 1/4 inch rounds
- bake for 13 - 15 minutes
- cool, store in airtight container
