3 c. pared, diced potatoes
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. diced onion
1-1/2 c. water
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1/2 tsp. salt
dash pepper
2 c. milk
1 c. sour cream (I use light)
2 Tbs. flour
1 Tbs. chopped chives

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 6 ingredients in lg. saucepan. Cover & cook for 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add 1 cup milk, heat. Mix sour cream, flour, chives & remaining milk. Gradually stir into soup base, cook over low heat. Stir constantly. Add butter or chopped bacon.
