4 chicken breasts
pint of butter milk
1 cup of bread crumbs
1 T. olive oil
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Slice chicken into strips and place in a shallow dish; pour buttermilk over them and let them rest for 15 min. Put bread crumbs on a paper plate and press the chicken strips into the bread crumbs on both sides. Line strips on a cookie sheet and sprinkle with a little olive oil and salt and pepper
bake at 500 degrees for 11-12 mins

These are so simple and very tasty. The buttermilk gives them a nice tang and they are so tender. Healthier than frozen chicken strips
