Marinate:
2 lbs. boneless beef steak
1 3/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. crushed garlic
1 T. grated fresh ginger or 1/2 tsp.ground ginger
Stir-Fry:
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. diced green pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate meat for 1-2 hours in refrigerator. Grill steak; save marinade for next day use for fajitas.
Next day, stir-fry steak, onion and gr. pepper. Add marinade, heat through. Serve in pita pockets or flour tortillas. Add cheese, sour cream and black olives.
