8 eggs
2 heaping tbsp. sour cream
1 tbsp. water
salt and pepper
2 tbsp. butter
1/2-3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In small bowl, beat eggs, sour cream, water, salt and pepper until fluffy. Using nonstick frying pan melt butter and cook eggs over low heat stirring occasionally. Stir in cheese. Cook until desired consistency.
