Mix one 8 oz package of cream cheese, 1 small can of diced green chilies, chopped black and green olives, salza, pepper and garlic powder.

Spread mixture on flour tortillas. Roll them up. Then roll in plastic wrap to chill. Cut into 1-inch chunks.
