Muffins Recipe

2 c. flour
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. grapenuts


1 egg
1/4 c. lemon juice
3/4 c. orange juice
1 T. shredded lemon peel
1/4 c. cooking oil

Sugar Mixture

1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. sugar

Mix #1 together in mixing bowl.

Mix #2 together. Put in mixing bowl on top of #1. Stir all ingredients together until moistened (don't over mix).

Put into greased muffin pan and bake at 350 for 25 minutes.

Take out and dip tops in melted butter then in sugar mixture.
