1/3 c. oil 2 c. sugar 2 eggs 2 1/2 c. flour 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg 1/4 tsp. cloves 1 1/2 c guava sauce
Mix together oil and sugar, mixing until fluffy. Add eggs, beating well after each. Sift together dry ingredients. Add alternately to creamed mixture with guava sauce. Pour batter into greased 13 x 9 greased pan. Bake 350° for 45 minutes. Sprinkle icing sugar over top when cool.
