1/4 c. butter
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
3 c. minature marshmallows
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (12 oz.) pkg. premium white chocolate chips
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Line a 9 inch baking pan with a light layer of butter, foil, or wax paper. Bring butter, sugar, evaporated milk, and marshmallows to a boil from medium heat--stir constantly (234 candy thermometer). Remove from heat stir in cream cheese, and white chocolate chips until melted. Add vanillia and mix, pour into pan and cool completely.
