4 (1oz.) squares unsweetned chocolate or 6-8 tbsp. cocoa.
1/2 c. vegtable oil
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2c. flour, sifted
2c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. powdered sugar

Directions:

Melt Chocolate, blend with oil, sugar. Add eggs one at a time and beat well each time. Add vanilla. Sift flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir into chocolate mixture. Add nuts and mix well. Chill dough several hours or overnight. Shape teaspoon fulls of dough into balls and roll in powdered sugar. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 for approximately 10-12 minutes.
