2 c. all purpose flour
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. unsalted butter; chilled and cut into pieces
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. mixed berries; or raspberries

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 line a cookie sheet with wax paper. Wisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix in butter until mixture is crumbly. Stir in buttermilk and then stir in berries. Shape dough into two 7-inch circles on baking sheet, cut each circle into wedges and coat with cooking spray. Bake about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
