3 c. cooked chicken, cut in chunks
3/4 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. seedless red grapes, halved
20 oz. can pineapple chunks, drained
11 oz. can Mandarin oranges, drained
1/4 c. pecans, chopped
1/8 tsp. salt
Lettuce leaves
Salad dressing or mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Toss chicken, celery, grapes, pineapple, oranges, and 3 tablespoons of pecans together lightly. Gently mix salad dressing (as needed) and salt with chicken mixture. Chill. Serve on lettuce leaves. Garnish with remaining pecans.
