1 onion
2 large chicken breasts
2 cans chicken broth
1 tbsp. taco seasoning
1 can corn
1 (8 oz.) jar salsa
1 can beans; your choice

Directions:
Directions:
Cube Chicken breasts and brown with taco seasoning, a little olive oil, and chopped onion. When chicken is fully cooked and onion is transparent, add rest of ingredients. Bring to a boil. Turn heat to simmer and cover. Simmer for about 30 minutes.

Serve with coarsely crushed tortillia chips sprinkled over the top, grated cheese, and sour cream.

If you want your soup a little spicier add the rest of the taco seasoning in while soup is simmering.
