3 pkgs. yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. warm water
3 well beaten eggs
2 tsp. salt
4 1/2 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in the 1/4 cup of warm water. Put into a large bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Beat well, cover and refrigerate overnight. Melt 1 1/2 to 2 squares of butter when ready to roll out dough. Roll out 1/2 dough on well-floured board to about 8x12 inches. Paint with melted butter, then roll up like a jelly roll. Cut into 1 inch wide pieces. Roll each in melted butter and place in an ungreased muffin tin. Repeat with second half of dough. Let rise 2 hours. Bake at 400 for 10 minutes.
