3 lb. fresh or frozen broccoli florets
salt
3 c. milk
3 tbsp. cornstarch
5 tbsp. margarine
8 oz. velveeta cheese
1 pkg. Ritz crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli in salt water until tender Drain well and put into large 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Mix cornstarch with small amount of the milk. Add rest of milk and 1 tbsp. of margarine. Cook in microwave or over medium heat until hot. Add chopped up cheese and continue cooking until mixture starts to thicken. Be sure to keep stirring as mixture will stick. Pour over broccoli. Cover with mixture of 4 tbsp. melted margarine and one pkg. of crushed Ritz Crackers. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until bubbly hot.
