3/4 lb. hamburger
1 small onion chopped
2 1/2 cups corn meal
1 1/2 cups butter milk
1 can creamed corn
2 eggs
8 oz cheddar cheese shredded
8 oz Velveeta shredded
1-2 tbsp Jalapeños diced

Directions:
Directions:
Pre heat oven 350º. Use 9x13 pan. Brown meat with onion. Add jalapeño to taste. Mix corn meal, butter milk, cream corn, eggs. Grease pan. Use 1/3 of corn meal mixture in bottom of pan. Layer hamburger mixture then cheeses. Top with other 2/3 corn meal mixture. Bake 50 minutes, until brown on top.
