1 (3lbs) boneless pork loin roast
1 T fresh course ground black pepper
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp oregano
1 T cider vinegar
1 T olive oil
T salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Combine ingredients in small bowl and rub mixture all over pork. Please roast in shallow baking pan, uncovered. Bake 1 hours. Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
