8 Tbs butter 1 cup heavy cream 12 Tbs parmesan cheese 2 Tbs flour salt and pepper to taste 1 cup finely diced canned jalapeno peppers 3 Tbs minced garlic in olive oil 10 oz. roasted chicken chunks
Combine butter, cream, parmesan cheese, flour, salt, & pepper and heat very slowly until thickened. Add the jalapenos, garlic, and chicken. Heat through. Serve over penne pasta. Makes 4 large servings.
