2 cup boiling liquid (water or fruit syrup)
1 6 oz. pkg of orange flavored jello
1 pint orange sherbert
2 - 11 oz. cans of mandarin oranges, drained
1 - 13 oz. can of pineapple chunks, drained
1 cup flaked coconut
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1 cup sour cream or cup whipped whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Pour liquid over jello in bowl, stirring until gelatin is dissolved. Add orange sherbert. Stir until melted. Stir in one can of orange segments. Pour into 6 cup ring mold. Chill until firm.
Mix together topping: 1 can mandarin oranges, pineapple chunks, cream, coconut & marshmallows,
Turn jello mold upside down onto platter. Fill opening with above mixture.
