CRUST:
2 C. flour
1 C. butter
1/2 C chopped nuts
1/2 C. powdered sugar
FILLING:
1-8oz. pk. cream cheese
1 C. powdered sugar
1 large Coolwhip
1 large pk instant chocolate pudding mix
1 small pk. Coolwhip
1/4 C. nuts
1/2 C. grated chocolate

Directions:

CRUST:
Cut flour and butter to gether until crumbly. Add nuts and powdered sugar and blend well.
Pat into 9x13" pan and bake at 350 degrees about 12 minutes or until golden. Set aside to cool.
FILLING:
Combine 8oz pk. cream cheese, 1 cup powdered sugar and large pk. Coolwhip. Mix in chocolate pudding mix. Put this mixture on cooled crust.
Top with small Coolwhip, nuts and grated chocolate. Chill until serving time.
