1 lb. dry lima beans
3 tsp. salt
cup butter
cup brown sugar
1 T dry mustard
1 T molasses
1 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Soak lima beans overnight. Drain and cover with fresh water. Add 1 tsp salt and cook until tender, about 30 minutes. Drain, rinse under hot water and put in medium-sized casserole dish. Dab butter over beans. Mix brown sugar, dry mustard, and remaining salt together and sprinkle over beans. Stir in molasses and pour over the sour cream and mix tenderly. Bake @ 350 degrees for one hour.
