Spinach
Strawberries
Harvardi Shredded Cheese
(you can also add your favorite nut)

DRESSING
3 garlic cloves minced
1/2 cup freshly squeezed Orange Juice (use real oranges)
1/4 cup of olive oil
1/2 tsp paprika
as much pepper as you like

I buy the Spinach, pre-minced garlic, block of harvardi cheese, oranges and the olive oil all at Costco. I think of this salad everytime I go there.
