3-4 chicken breast
1 box Rice-A-Roni ( with almonds and soy sauce)
3 chopped green onions
Add mayonnaise to taste
Salt and pepper to taste.

Directions:
Directions:

Broil chicken breast for about 45 minutes--then shred. Mix with box of cooked Rice-o-Roni and add green onions, mayonnaise until moist. Chill for 2 hours and serve on rolls or croissants.
