3/4 c. whipping cream
4 (6 oz.) bars premium milk chocolate, coarsely chopped
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c. finely chopped almonds, toasted

Directions:
Directions:
1. Blend strawberries until smooth in a blender. Pour the strawberry puree into a saucepan; bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Boil 20 to 25 minutes or until reduced to cup, stirring frequently. Stir in the whipping cream; bring to a boil. Remove from heat; let cool slightly.

2. Place the chocolate in the top of a double boiler; bring the water to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cook until the chocolate melts, stirring constantly. Stir in the strawberry mixture, add vanilla, and stir well.

3. Pour the chocolate mixture into an ungreased 9 inch square pan lined with plastic wrap. Cover and chill for at least 8 hours.

4. Cut the chocolate mixture into 64 squares with a hot knife, working quickly, shape each square into a ball and roll in the chopped almonds. Store in the refrigerator. Serve at room temperature. Yields 64 truffles.
