1 lb. ground beef 1/2 c. chopped onion 3/4 c. milk 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 1/2 c. whole kernel corn, drained 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/4 c. chopped pimento 1 1/2 tsp. salt pepper to taste 8 oz. noodles, cooked
Brown the ground beef. Add onion and cook until tender. Drain off excess fat. Stir in milk and cream cheese until well blended. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into 2-qt. casserole dish. BAKE at 350º for 30 minutes.
My mother loved this dish, and often took it to potluck suppers and family reunions.
