1 box yellow cake mix
1 small can mandarin oranges (do not drain)
3/4 c oil
3 eggs

Topping (see below)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix above together. Pour into 2 greased round cake pans. Bake at 350 F for 35 or 40 minutes. Cool completely before adding topping.

Topping:
Mix 1 package vanilla instant pudding mix with 1 large can crushed pineapple (drained). Fold in with a 12 oz container of cool whip.
