1 lb. Bob Evans Italian sausage
12 oz. Fafelle pasta (bowtie)
2 c mozzarella cheese
6 oz. pepperoni slices
portabello mushrooms, sliced (optional)
2 cans pizza sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles and drain. Brown sausage and drain. Layer noodles in greased pan, followed by sausage, sauce, mushrooms, cheese. Repeat. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
