10 oz frozen chopped spinach 5 eggs 1 Cup grated cheddar cheese 1 Cup grated Swiss cheese 1/2 cup flour 1 Cup Milk 4 oz chopped mushrooms 1/2 tsp basil 1/4 tsp salt 1 onion sliced into thin rings a little white wine
Thaw and drain spinach. Mix ingredients except onions and wine. Spread into a 9X13 inch buttered pan. Saute the onion rings in the wine and spread on top of the spinach mixture. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until firm. Cut into squares and serve warm.
