1 lb chicken breast
1.5 cups spinach
1 cup mushrooms
1 can diced tomatoes
1 medium zucchini
olive oil
salt
pepper
3 cups white wine

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken breast into chunks and layer bottom of 9x13 pan. Place spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes and zucchini directly on chicken in layers. Drizzle olive oil, sprinkle salt and pepper, add white wine. Bake at 400 for 30-ish minutes.
